Wholesale Jewelry MOQ & Ordering Guide for B2B Buyers

Wholesale jewelry MOQ is easier to plan when you know which type of order you are placing. KingKa uses one rule for in-stock styles, another for original KingKa styles that need to be produced again, and a separate review for OEM or customer-designed projects. For a smaller retailer or new brand, that distinction helps you test products without confusing a stock order with a production MOQ.

In-stock stylesNo per-style MOQ. Mix available SKUs in one wholesale order from US$500.
Out-of-stock KingKa originalsWhen a KingKa design needs to be produced again, the MOQ is 30–50 pcs per style.
OEM & customer designsCustom project minimums are confirmed after the design, material and production process are reviewed.

Wholesale Jewelry MOQ FAQ for Small Buyers

01

What is KingKa’s wholesale jewelry MOQ for in-stock products?

For in-stock styles, there is no per-style MOQ. You can mix available necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings and other SKUs in the same order as long as the total stock order reaches US$500.

This gives a smaller buyer room to test several designs instead of putting most of the first-order budget into one style. Availability is checked when the quote is prepared, so the final mix depends on what is actually in stock at that time.

02

Can I mix styles and colors instead of meeting a MOQ for each SKU?

Yes, for in-stock wholesale. The US$500 minimum is based on the mixed stock order rather than a fixed quantity for every individual style.

For a first order, a tighter assortment is often easier to evaluate than buying deeply across one design. Send the SKUs and quantities you want to test, and KingKa can confirm stock before you commit to the final mix.

03

What happens if a KingKa original style is out of stock?

An out-of-stock original KingKa design is no longer treated as an in-stock mixed order because it has to go back into production. The MOQ for these styles is 30–50 pcs per style.

Before ordering, ask whether the item is available from stock or needs a new production run. That one check prevents a US$500 mixed-order rule from being mistaken for the MOQ of a style that must be manufactured again.

04

Does the same MOQ apply to OEM or customer-designed jewelry?

No. The stock wholesale jewelry MOQ, the 30–50 pcs restock MOQ for KingKa originals, and a customer-designed project are three different situations.

For OEM work, the project minimum is confirmed after the design, material, structure and production process are reviewed. If you are deciding between private label and a new design, our Jewelry OEM Customization guide explains the two development routes in more detail.

05

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Samples can be arranged before a bulk purchase so you can check the product, finish and presentation before committing to a larger order. Sample price and freight are confirmed before shipment.

For a custom project, the sample also acts as the approval point for the agreed design details before bulk production. When a sample credit applies to a later bulk order, it should be shown in the project quotation rather than assumed.

06

How should I compare pricing at different order quantities?

Ask for price breaks at quantities you may realistically buy. KingKa uses tiered pricing, but the unit price is only one part of the comparison. Branding, packaging, finish, freight and the delivery term can change the total landed cost.

For international orders, make sure the quotation states the agreed delivery term. The U.S. Department of Commerce Incoterms overview gives a practical explanation of how common Incoterms divide shipping tasks, costs and risks between buyer and seller.

07

What should I send to get a useful quote without several rounds of emails?

For stock orders, send the SKU or product image, quantity and destination country. For mixed orders, a simple SKU-and-quantity list is enough to start. If branding or packaging is needed, add that at the beginning rather than after the price has been calculated.

For production or OEM orders, include the target quantity and target market as well. EU and North American requirements can differ, so market information may affect labeling, documentation or testing. See the Standards & Compliance guide before finalizing a market-specific order.

Wholesale jewelry MOQ note: In-stock styles have no per-style MOQ and can be mixed from US$500 per stock order. Out-of-stock original KingKa styles require production at 30–50 pcs per style. OEM and customer-designed projects are quoted separately after production requirements are reviewed.
